MY STORY
I didn’t take the conventional path. I took the long way here.
A story of reinvention, resilience and finally building a life by design.

The Transition
My career has never followed a tidy, predictable path. I’ve worked across aviation, oil and gas, recruitment, business development, key account management, film and television, retail—and now I’m building businesses of my own. On paper, it’s an unusual mix. In reality, every chapter has strengthened the same instincts: understanding people quickly, staying calm when things get chaotic, finding practical solutions and noticing opportunities that others might overlook.
"Every detour was a lesson in disguise, preparing me for the life I actually wanted to lead."
Resilience and Motherhood
I’m also a mum, which has taught me an entirely different kind of leadership—patience, resourcefulness, resilience and how to keep moving when life refuses to cooperate with the plan. People often come to me when they need an honest perspective, want to think an idea through or can sense there’s an opportunity but can’t quite see how to shape it. I ask questions, connect the dots and tell the truth—with warmth, but usually without much fluff.
"Leadership isn't about the title; it's about the resilience required to keep the vision alive when things get chaotic."
The Maison Rio Vision
That ability to relate to people from all walks of life has become one of my greatest strengths. It’s why conversations often turn into ideas, introductions and potential collaborations—and why people I meet frequently want to find a way for us to work together. Currently, I channel these diverse lessons into Maison Rio and my executive work. My route may have been unconventional, but none of it was wasted.
"We are the architects of our own experience. I chose to build a life designed by intention, not default."
This is just the start of the next chapter—an honest, evolving narrative of choosing the hard, interesting path every single time.
Vision & Values
My approach to building is rooted in the belief that the long way is often the most rewarding one. It’s about creating systems that last, relationships that matter, and ideas that have the space to breathe and evolve without the pressure of immediate, shallow success.
“Reinvention isn’t about losing who you were; it’s about finally having the courage to become who you are.”
I value clarity over complexity. In a world that often celebrates the noise of 'hustle', I choose the quiet strength of strategy. Every decision I make for Maison Rio and my commercial partnerships is filtered through this lens: Does it add genuine value? Is it honest? Does it align with a life designed by intention, rather than default?
“Success is not a destination; it is the quality of the journey and the integrity of the architecture you build along the way.”
This is my story of building a life by design, one honest decision at a time.
